All users of the database are identified by as much unique information as may be provided for the
purposes of generating meaningful statistics about numbers of users, numbers of searches and the
sites subsequently visited by those users. The information gathered will only ever be used in aggregate form. In order to protect the database from address harvesting there is a mechanism to check on queries and prevent individuals from retrieving excessive numbers of records. Once an individual is identified they are informed directly and they are prevented from further querying. Email addresses of the companies within the database are never displayed and may not be retrieved by any search. | |||||||
